Dispatch days

Our dispatch days are now Monday to Wednesday. We will send your order on the first dispatch day after seeing your payment.

Typically deliveries are now taking 2-4 days.

Free pickup is available from 12 Queens Drive, Kilbirnie, Wellington.
Mon to Wed, between 11am and 6pm is best, or contact us to arrange another time.

Courier companies
Most of our parcels are sent through Aramex. But for some areas, we use NZ Post as they are quicker.

Freight charges

As freight charges have increased each year, we have been increasing our freight subsidy to offer you good value.
But with the latest increases in 2022, we need to increase our rates to be more in line with what we're paying.

From August 2024, our rates will be:

  • Local (Wellington, Hutt Valley, Porirua) = $5.95
  • Local + RURAL = $12.95
  • North Island =$9.95
  • North Island + RURAL = $16.95
  • South Island = $11.95
  • South Island + RURAL = $18.95

Delivery instructions

Please nominate where you want the parcel left.

Otherwise, if Aramex can't see a safe and secure option, they may choose to leave it at the closest ParcelConnect outlet.
