Terms & Conditions
We are a NZ business and only sell within New Zealand.Retail Customers:
- Unless you are a reseller, or a health or fitness professional, you are a Retail customer. Please ensure you have selected Retail as the account type at the top of the application form
- Payment is required before we dispatch the goods
- The Trade (Wholesale) price is available to retail outlets or health or fitness professionals who wish to supply their clients
- Once you have applied for your Trade account, we will need to approve it. The system doesn't alert us to your application, so please email us for approval.
- After that, when you are logged in, the Trade price will come up after you add items to your cart. Go to the cart to see them.
- Minimum Trade purchase is any 4 items
- Supply is subject to availability, so if you're ordering large quantities, please let us know ahead of time, in case we need to back order
- Payment is by Internet deposit. Although Paypal will show as a payment option, this is for retail customers only, so please ignore it.
- We will include an invoice, which is due within 7 days
- Ownership does not change hands until payment has been received.
- We collect your personal information only to provide you
with the products you order, and to communicate with you if necessary
- We may, on occasion, if we are out of stock, share your order details with trusted business associates so that they can ship to you on our behalf
- Those associates are not authorised to use or disclose your personal information for any other purpose.
- We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third party.
Returns or Replacements:
- If there are any problems with your order, please advise us within 3 days of delivery
- We are not using a reward point system at this time
- We are not running an Affiliate Program at this time
